Children - A Most Precious Treasure

The Sunday School is organized and directed by Susan Repotente. Under her dedicated and loyal leadership, this department of the church is preparing the next generation for following Christ and making an impact in this culture.

Each Sunday the children are dismissed before the sermon to their classes. The classes include Preschool-Kindergarden, Elementary, Middle School and High School. Each class has age-appropriate lessons and activities.

On the first Sunday of each month, the Kindergarden and Elementary students have an elective Communion Class in which they learn about the sacrament of the Lord's Supper and are helped to be spiritually ready to participate.

On the third Sunday of each month, the Kindergarden, Elementary and Middle School meet together for "Missions Sunday." Missions Sunday includes studying countries around the world and the impact Christian missionaries have made in those countries.The children are involved in BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Club) on this Sunday and bring their offerings to support missions projects with other children around the World.

There is nursery care for infants and toddlers each week during the entire worship service.BGMC Logo

 

 

 

 

 


 What is BGMC

 
BGMC is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. It provides resources to help teach kids about missions. It supports our missionaries in their fields of ministry in America and around the world.

Did you know? Among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, 85% were called to be missionaries while they were between the ages of 9 and 13!
